Beginning of Summer

Summer is finally here and I have to say I wasn't quite ready for it. The past few weeks have all been a complete blur, and I can't help but feel a little depressed at the prospect of not seeing the people I've gotten so used to seeing everyday anymore. I know full well that I'll never see some of the ones I said goodbye to on the last day of school again. It's a weird feeling.

But even now that school's out I still have work to do. This summer I'm working on a Pre-Calculus class and a Gov. independent study in order to graduate on time, which is a depressing thought as well. Honestly I don't feel like I will have much of a summer.

I found out when my program dates are and the family I will be staying with for 10 months as well. I am leaving around August 18th and returning in June, going to be staying with the Claesson family in Kumla, Sweden which is on the outskirts of Örebro (the eigth largest city in the country) so right now I am basically just preparing myself for leaving.

I plan to spend a lot of time with friends this summer, even though I have to do school work.

Next update won't be untill closer to departure, because honestly nothing exciting will happen from now untill then.
